Policy for the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents

PAXI PATH, identified with Tax ID (NIT) 902026513-1, states its zero-tolerance commitment towards any form of sexual exploitation or abuse of children and adolescents in the context of travel and tourism, in compliance with Colombian Law 679 of 2001, Law 1329 of 2009, and Law 1336 of 2009.

The company commits to:

  • Refrain from promoting, facilitating, or tolerating tourism services associated with the sexual exploitation of minors.

  • Refrain from providing information or directing tourists to locations linked to the commercial sexual exploitation of children or adolescents.

  • Implement internal control measures to prevent the misuse of its services.

  • Periodically train its staff and contractors in the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

  • Inform users about the legal, criminal, and administrative consequences of such conduct in Colombia.

  • Report to the competent authorities any fact, suspicion, or indication related to the sexual exploitation of children or adolescents.

This policy is mandatory for all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners of PAXI PATH and is permanently available for consultation.
