CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

1. Nature of Services
PAXI PATH S.A.S. operates as a specialized tourism operator providing curated wellness experiences and coordination of services delivered by licensed third-party providers.
All reservations involve:
Personalized planning and coordination
Schedule blocking
Logistical commitments
Third-party service reservations (hotels, wellness centers, licensed medical providers)
Administrative and operational costs
For these reasons, the following cancellation terms apply.
2. Deposits & Booking Confirmation
All experiences require an initial deposit to confirm the reservation.
Required Deposit:
One-day experiences: 20%
Multi-day programs: 20%
Health travel packages: 30%
The deposit:
Is non-refundable
Secures your reservation
Covers administrative and planning costs
A reservation is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
3. One-Day Wellness Experiences
(e.g., Nervous System Reset)
Cancellation 7 days or more before the experience:
100% refund of the amount paid, excluding the deposit.
Cancellation 3–6 days before the experience:
70% refund of the amount paid (excluding deposit).
Cancellation less than 72 hours before:
50% refund of the amount paid (excluding deposit),
or credit valid for 6 months.
No Show:
No refund applies.
4. Multi-Day Retreats & Programs
Cancellation 21 days or more prior to start date:
80% refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit).
Cancellation 8–20 days prior:
50% refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit).
Cancellation less than 7 days prior:
25% refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit).
5. Health Travel & Medical Coordination Packages
Due to the complexity of medical scheduling, professional commitments, and third-party reservations, the following applies:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior:
70% refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit).
Cancellation 15–29 days prior:
40% refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit).
Cancellation less than 14 days prior:
25% refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit).
If cancellation is due to documented medical contraindication, PAXI may offer rescheduling without administrative penalty, subject to availability.
6. Third-Party Services
When your experience includes services provided by third parties (hotels, licensed medical providers, transportation, wellness facilities):
Their individual policies may also apply.
PAXI cannot guarantee refunds that depend on third-party decisions.
Any non-refundable charges imposed by third parties may be deducted from applicable refunds.
7. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests:
Must be submitted in writing.
Are subject to availability.
May involve price adjustments if market conditions have changed.
Are allowed once without additional administrative fees.
Additional rescheduling requests may incur administrative charges.
8. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, official travel restrictions, public health emergencies, or government-imposed limitations), PAXI may offer:
Rescheduling without penalty
Credit valid for 12 months
Partial refund evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Force majeure does not automatically guarantee a full refund.
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
By confirming a reservation, the client expressly agrees:
To the terms of this Cancellation Policy
That deposits are non-refundable
That services involve schedule blocking and resource allocation
PAXI retains contractual documentation, email confirmations, signed agreements, and payment records to respond to any payment disputes or chargeback claims.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be subject to formal dispute resolution.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia and applicable regulations governing tourism and electronic commerce.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Colombian jurisdiction.
